- One-day Room Redesign - Have you always wondered why, even though you love your beautiful furniture, "it just doesn't feel right". Design is more than making decisions in regard to color, fabric and furniture selections. Although these elements are key to creating a beautiful room, what is often missing is the correct placement of furniture for not only visual appeal, but for comfort and livability. Robin will use your existing furniture to "redesign" your room. By applying the "art of arrangement" she will show you how all the necessary ingredients for a well-designed space exist in your home already! At the end of the day you will be provided with a list of new items that can be added to even better accessorize your space. Carry it with you and shop at your leisure. Suggestions for wall color and window treatments will also be discussed.
$275 per room - discounted 30% if combined with interior painting
- Interior Painting - Decorative Painted Accents and Faux Finishes - Most painting contractors rely on the customer to choose their own colors. Not Robin! She will help you choose the best wall color and/or faux finish to complement your existing furnishings. Color consults are free when combined with the painting of any room. You will be amazed to see what the right wall color or decorative accent can do to create a feeling of warmth and comfort!
Rates are individual, based upon room size and finish.
- Color Consult - Are you a "do-it-yourselfer" who wants to paint your own room, but struggles when choosing the right wall color. Robin can help! She will choose the right color or colors to coordinate with your existing furnishings and create a feeling of continuity throughout your home.
$50 per hour. - Custom-painted Cabinetry - Are you considering replacing or re-facing your existing cabinetry, but can't afford the cost or inconvenience? Consider completely transforming your cabinetry with the art and craftsmanship of decorative painting. Unlike general house painters, Robin will prepare and paint each individual cabinet like a fine piece of furniture. She will help you choose a finish or decorative design that will uniquely coordinate with your existing furniture and accessories. She can also apply that same finish to existing tables, chairs or island carts to give you that truly custom kitchen.
